Cvs Former Employee W2
I just did it the other day. Webthe employee self service (ess) website and app are optional tools available to cvs health retail colleagues only. I just did a search for my hr cvs.

I signed in as a former. Enter your 7 digit employee/contractor id number and password. Corporate retail & pbm colleagues:
Determine the employee’s last date of employment. It took me to the alight sign in page. Weblog in on the right side where it says former cvs health and former minuteclinic colleagues and see if you navigate to the paystub and w2 section. However the new w2 (2021) isn't uploaded till feb 1. Ess is provided for colleague convenience and is entirely.
Webhe can login to hr via myhr. cvs. com and login to the former employee side, it will either be available electronically there or he can request it be mailed Webretail store & minute clinic colleagues:
