How does the report work? To establish submission dates for periodic fitness reports (fitreps), chief evaluations (chiefevals), and evaluation reports (evals) for all staff personnel. Enavfit is the navy’s new interface for conducting evaluations and fitness reports. Webthis document provides some introductory guidance on fitreps and it will allow officers to better manage their own records, especially when selection boards are concerned. The mro should submit a summary of accomplishments to the rs prior to the end of the reporting.
