The petco in my area (montrose, colorado) is extremely helpful and kind. Someone above already described our discounts, which are really quite generous. Webpetco health + wellness (woof) shares reversed course after the opening bell and surged nearly 35% by midday wednesday, apparently fueled by a reddit fan.

Webi am currently aquatics at petco and used to be pet care at petsmart. Additionally we get extra. Webhonestly in my opinion petco is better than petsmart in terms of quality and employee friendliness. Webso yes, petco does care about the animals it sells, definitely. I rarely leave my shift without buying something for my animals so good luck 😅 but the discounts are worth it for me.
