Click on the “my account” tab. Sign into spectrum. net with your head of household or admin username and password. Webif you’ve received a notification with a link to schedule an appointment, select the link to be taken to spectrum. net and sign in to schedule your appointment.

Webi’d recommend calling into video repair and they can schedule you an appointment or whatever department you need and they can probably schedule it for you in minutes. You would need to be home as the technician may need. Websign in to your spectrum account for the easiest way to view and pay your bill, watch tv, manage your account and more.
